Viewing the Shockwave Flash Object files (The Movies) created by William Stott (The Author) for 'Visual Studio Team System - Better Software Development for Agile Teams' (The Book) in part or in their entirety is permitted provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The Movies are downloaded only for the purpose of viewing their content without modification
2. The Movies are viewed only by someone who has their own personal copy of The Book to hand, or by someone who has otherwise obtained permission to view them from the author
3. The Movies after their initial downloading are not subsequently stored in any form of retrieval system or otherwise redistributed without the specific written permission of The Author
