Software Project Environment (SPE) for a Small Agile Team

You don't need to setup a complete SPE in order to complete the exercises in our book as the freely available evaluation versions of VSTS can be installed on a single PC.

VSTS requires teams to consider their whole Software Project Environment (SPE) including build machines and servers as well as the usual developer PCs. The following figure shows the sort of SPE that a small Agile team might setup.
